2/1mm neoprene with a cool hip pocket for change, keys or whatever you need. I use this suit when the water temperature is around 63-71 degrees. My leags can take a lot more cold than my arms can and chances are you're the same way. But where this suit really excels is those days when the water is warm enough for a spring, but the air is still cold thanks to the front that just passed through.
