If you place an order before midnight Eastern Time, chances are, that item will ship out the next morning. We have a great team here. After that, it depend on which shipping method you choose. Free Priority Shipping takes anywhere from 2 days to 3 days, depending on the size of the package. AK and HI take longer.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, first, send an email and let us know. We accept returns.

Each monitor shows colors differently and we've done a lot of work to try and make sure everything you see is how it looks in person. Some dye methods have color variation and we try to be as accurate as we can about those items. But if you think we made a mistake and sent you the wrong item, call us ASAP so we can get you the right item.

We don't charge your card until the item is in the box and ready to ship. A lot of items we ship first thing in the morning, so your card batch might not go through until that evening.
