Q: Why was my credit card declined?
We don't decline cards, the credit card companies do. Be sure to check you have the correct billing address (that includes name) of the credit card holders billing address. A lot of times, the address is correct and the name is wrong, so the card is declined.

The shipping address may not be an authorized address. You can call your card issuers, the number is on the back of the card, and add the address as an allowed shipping address. Then try again.

CAVV,CVV codes are wrong. These are the security codes on the back of Visa and MasterCard and on the front of American Express. If those numbers don't match, the card will be declined.

Non-US banks should try and use a Visa card. The AVS of the credit companies for international banks seems to be more reliable if the card is a Visa.

Q: How long will it take for my package to arrive?
Your items will generally ship in less than 48 hours pending Credit card and address authorization. Holds by the credit company can delay this time. Be sure your shipping and billing addresses are allowed on your account.

Free US Shipping
for the lower 48 takes anywhere from 3 to 8 business days depending on where you live.

Priority and Overnight US allow a day for processing. Priority mail takes 2-3 days in the lower 48 and a little longer to Alaska and Hawaii. Overnight orders take 1 business day.

International Shipping can vary from 3 days to 45 days depending on destination country. All International orders are sent USPS. Pending authorization and address verification of credit information can take longer for international orders. Any expedited services are time to destination country.




Q: Can I call in an order?

Q: Why is my item a different color than the one on the site?

Each monitor shows colors differently and we've done a lot of work to try and make sure everything you see is how it looks in person. Some dye methods have color variation and we try to be as accurate as we can about those items. But if you think we made a mistake and sent you the wrong item, call us ASAP so we can get you the right item.

Q: Why hasn't my credit card been charged yet, or shows "Pending" in my bank account? 
We don't charge your card until the item is in the box and ready to ship. Cards are authorized against address information and may delay the process. Be sure and use an address authorized for the card you are using.

Q:Where's my tracking number?
You should get your tracking number emailed to you, if you didn't, login and check your account.  International orders tracking generally is only to the country of destination and not to the final delivery address.

On the rare occasion something is defective, here is the information for warranty repairs and replacements. It's going to be a lot faster to deal with the companies directly to get your repair or replacements. Warranty times vary by manufacturer and item.
