HBC Return Policy
Removal
or alteration of a product's tags or accessories will automatically void
your HBC Return Policy.
Products that are returned to Hostel Board Company
damaged, missing pieces, soiled, altered or torn will be refused and returned to you.
We want you to enjoy your items purchased from Hostel Board Company. But we also know, sometimes you will have to return an item, so we try to make it as simple as possible for you.
You have 10 days, from receipt of your item, to file for a return. All
returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which
can be obtained by contacting our emailing your receipt and stating the reason for your returning the item.
The RMA
is your order number, please make sure the order number is displayed in the subject of the email. Let us know when you're sending in a return
so we can keep an eye out for it and credit your account.
Save all packaging and accessories for any item that is returned. All
original equipment, accessories, tags, manuals, warranty cards and
packaging must be returned with your item in order to process your return.
We will pay return shipping on any item returned as a result of our mistake. Otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Damaged
items cannot be returned to Hostel Board Company. We check every item before shipping to ensure
the item is in excellent condition. Damage claims are to be made to the
USPS for damages in transit.
An item returned for a replacement may be repaired or replaced at our
discretion, unless otherwise required by law.
All items sold through Hostel Board Company are subject to our Policy and Agreement.
All returns for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
International
refunds will not include the shipping cost in the refund. International
shipping customer are responsible for all shipping charges, both ways.

Clearance and Sale Item Returns
Returns are accepted for clearance and sale items for store credit only.
