Hostel Board Company - Return Policy

All Returns are subject to a 10% Restock fee (minimum of $5.00)

You have 21 days, from receipt of your item, to file for a return. Products that are returned to Hostel Board Company damaged, missing pieces, soiled, altered or torn will be refused and returned to you at your expense.

Returns: Send the package back and we will refund your account when the product arrives at HBC. Please, use a tracking number and insurance for your package. HBC is not responsible for any items that do not arrive at HBC. Send your returns to:

Return Label: If you would like a return label sent to you, please email us and we will send you a PDF label that you can print out and attach to the package for your return. Actual postage fee will apply.

All refunds will take from 7 - 21 days to process. Your credit card company may wait until the next billing cycle to process your order.

Removal or alteration of a product's tags or accessories will automatically void your HBC Return Policy.

Products that are returned to Hostel Board Company damaged, missing pieces, soiled, altered or torn will be refused and returned to you and you will be charged $10.00 for return postage.

We want you to enjoy your items purchased from Hostel Board Company. But we also know, sometimes you will have to return an item, so we try to make it as simple as possible for you.

The RMA is your order number, please make sure the order number is displayed in the subject of the email. Let us know when you're sending in a return so we can keep an eye out for it and credit your account.

Save all packaging and accessories for any item that is returned. All original equipment, accessories, tags, manuals, warranty cards and packaging must be returned with your item in order to process your return.

We will pay return shipping on any item returned as a result of our mistake. Otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Damaged items cannot be returned to Hostel Board Company. We check every item before shipping to ensure the item is in excellent condition. Damage claims are to be made to the carrier for damages in transit.

An item returned for a replacement may be repaired or replaced at our discretion, unless otherwise required by law.
